Job summary

pureIntegration is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager (Ad Tech) for a fully remote role, open to candidates in VA/NC/NY/NJ/PA. Lead technical projects, drive sprints, and coordinate with client teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will translate business needs into user stories in Trello, manage offshore contributors across time zones, and partner with engineering and QA to achieve reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project/product management in software development environments.
• Experience managing sprints and backlogs using Trello or similar lightweight tools.
• Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams; experience across time zones is a plus.
• Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and how to apply them in real-world team settings.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills with a bias for execution.
• Technical fluency to understand developer conversations and system dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, focusing on requirements clarity, story management, and backlog grooming.
• Support lean, efficient sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking—especially with offshore teams.
• Translate high-level business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and tasks in Trello.
• Maintain up-to-date sprint boards and proactively flag blockers or dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA leads to ensure work is feasible, scoped, and aligned with releases.
• Monitor sprint performance and velocity; support continuous improvement through retrospectives and Lean/Agile practices.
• Work closely with the client’s development team to align timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Provide timely reporting on sprint progress, completion rates, and risks to leadership.
