Job summary

Pure Integration, LLC is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager (Ad Tech) to lead our Advertising Technology projects. The role focuses on planning, execution, and closing within scope, time, and budget, shaping our project management practices and delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, QA, and client teams, maintaining clear user stories, and ensuring timely, quality releases while navigating offshore time zones and fast-paced priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project/product management in software development.
• Experience managing sprints and backlogs using Trello or similar tools.
• Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams across time zones.
• Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and practical application.
• Excellent organizational and task management with execution focus.
• Technical fluency to follow developer conversations and system dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational execution of technical projects with clear requirements and backlog grooming.
• Support lean sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestones.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and tasks in Trello.
• Maintain sprint boards and flag blockers or dependencies to the Program Manager.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure feasibility and alignment with releases.
• Monitor sprint performance and support retrospectives and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with client development team to align timelines and dependencies.
• Provide reporting on sprint progress, completion rates, and risks.

We are looking for aTechnical Project/Program Manager (Ad Tech)to join ourAdvertising Technology team. You will be the driving force behind planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This is afull-time remoteposition, open only to candidates based in Virginia/ North Carolina/New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania.The annual base salary range is$120,000 – $140,000. Responsibilities

• Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, with a focus on requirements clarity, story management, and backlog grooming.
• Support lean, efficient sprint management throughdaily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking—particularly with offshore teams in varied time zones.
• Translate high-level business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and tasks inTrello.
• Maintain up-to-date sprint boards, proactively flagging blockers or dependencies to the Program Manager.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and QA leads to ensure work is technically feasible, scoped appropriately, and aligned with release goals.
• Monitor sprint performance and velocity, and support continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile best practices.
• Work closely with theclient’s development teamto align on timelines, milestones, and technical dependencies, ensuring joint execution stays on track.
• Provide timely reporting on sprint progress, completion rates, and risks to internal leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+years of technical project/product managementexperience in software development environments.
• Strong experience managing sprints and backlogs usingTrello(or similar lightweight tools).
• Comfortable working withoffshore engineering teams; experience managing across time zones is a plus.
• Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and how to apply them in real-world team settings.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills with a strong bias for execution and follow-through.
• Technical fluency—you don’t need to code, but you should be able to understanddeveloper conversations and system dependencies.
