Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Business Engineer for Ads to own end-to-end technical engagements with strategic partners and advertisers. You will guide integrations, prototype solutions, and collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and business development to scale the Reddit advertising platform.

The role focuses on AdTech integrations, platform changes, and building scalable developer experiences, with remote work options and a strong impact on partner success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development, with end-to-end project ownership.
• Backend/API focus with Python/Java/JavaScript/Node.js experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor for strategic partners and advertisers.
• Design and prototype proof-of-concept integrations for Reddit APIs.
• Collaborate with partner engineers to optimize performance and resolve gaps.
• Lead onboarding, testing, and pre-launch support for integrations.
• Represent the technical voice and influence product/roadmap priorities.
• Support escalations and provide actionable direction to unblock work.
