Job summary

Amazon's Advertising Trust Policy team in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Ad Policy Manager to develop and govern policy sets for all ad products and to monitor their effectiveness. You will drive policy design from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer experience.

You will deliver risk assessments, present to senior leadership, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, PR, and Public Policy to balance growth with risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economic Development).
• Experience in public policy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets from concept to implementation.
• Deliver risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units.
• Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams.
• Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems to guide policy development.
