Job summary

Jobgether’s partner is seeking an Ads Manager based in the United States to own paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok for a finance-focused podcast. The role emphasizes audience growth, revenue generation, and autonomy in a fully remote freelance setup.

You will set up tracking, report on performance, and collaborate with the podcast host. The compensation is performance-based with budgets starting small and scaling as targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Proven expertise on two or more platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Ability to provide concrete campaign performance data (cost per subscriber, cost per lead, conversion rates, ROAS).
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid acquisition activities from strategy and campaign setup through optimization and performance reporting.
• Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Drive podcast growth by increasing subscriptions, views, and newsletter registrations.
• Generate revenue through campaigns promoting premium content and partner offers.
• Set up and maintain tracking systems for performance and revenue attribution.
• Scale campaigns with test budgets and progressively larger monthly budgets.
