OpenTrain AI is seeking an Adolescent Safeguarding and Exploitation Risk Specialist for AI training work. This remote, part-time contractor role focuses on Child Safeguarding Risk Assessment with 20+ hours weekly and an hourly pay range of $45-$95.

Apply your safeguarding expertise to review cases and provide clear assessments for diverse audiences. You will work with real-world safeguarding knowledge, apply recognised frameworks, and ensure documentation is defensible and trauma-informed.

Qualifications

• CSE/CSA risk assessment expertise required and post-qualification safeguarding experience.
• Active clinical license or professional registration in good standing.
• Experience applying safeguarding frameworks and trauma-informed judgment.
• Strong written English with defensible documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review adolescent cases involving sexual safety and exploitation risks with careful reasoning.
• Benchmark assessments against peer standards and established protocols.
• Explain when mandatory reporting may be warranted and select protective actions.
• Produce clear, defensible guidance for non-specialists grounded in safeguarding practice.
