Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a part-time contractor to help train AI systems in safer, more accurate responses to youth abuse cases. You will draw on clinical practice and trauma-informed care to review AI guidance and improve training content.

Ideal candidates have MD or PhD in psychology or social work, extensive clinical work with abused youth, and a strong commitment to ethical practice and privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience applying trauma-informed care in clinical settings with youth.
• Evidence-based approach to assessing AI-generated mental health guidance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze case-based scenarios involving youth abuse victimization.
• Review and rate AI-generated mental health guidance related to abuse cases.
• Create and organize content on trauma-informed care best practices.
• Find clinical, ethical, and safety gaps in AI-generated responses.
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to align deliverables with current mental health care standards.
• Take part in repeated review cycles to improve training data quality.
• Document recommendations that make AI responses more sensitive, accurate, and safe for vulnerable people.
