Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a hands-on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Lead to guide an ongoing implementation and provide technical leadership with minimal external support. This role emphasizes practical execution, architecture decisions, and delivering measurable outcomes across Analysis Workspace, Data Views, and reporting.

Qualifications

Hands-on expertise with Adobe CJA and AEP architecture.
Experience designing CJA implementations and analytics solutions.
Ability to map data sources and develop measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the ongoing CJA implementation with independent technical direction.
Configure CJA solutions across Analysis Workspace, Data Views, metrics, dimensions, and reporting.
Guide data enablement through AEP, including XDM schema design and identity strategy.
Provide architecture recommendations and define practical paths forward.
Execute work to move the implementation forward with limited oversight.
