Elton College Ltd. is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to connect working adults with personalized degree pathways, including MBA, PhD by Publication, and customized master's options.

You will guide candidates from initial inquiry to enrollment, using 1-on-1 advising and a flexible, remote work model. You will recruit through events, partnerships, and online communities, hosting information sessions and helping applicants assess fit.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or advising, ideally with graduate or adult learners.
• Ability to listen well and ask good questions.
• Clear and honest explanation of new model to prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Recruit PhD, MBA, and master's candidates through outreach, partnerships, events, and online communities.
• Host info sessions and talk with prospective students about their goals.
• Explain how our model works: 1-on-1 instruction, personalized curricula, recognition of prior learning, and stacking credentials.
• Help each applicant decide if Elton fits, and refer them elsewhere when it doesn't.
• Guide admitted students through enrollment and a smooth first month.
• Track your pipeline in our CRM and report on inquiries, conversions, and enrollment.
• Share what you hear from prospects so we can improve our programs and message.
