Job summary

Elton College Ltd. seeks a Chief of Growth to own growth across student enrollment, professor recruitment, donor development, and partnerships. You will set strategy, run experiments, and lead a small team of freelancers and interns.

You will build metrics, dashboards, and campaigns that turn visitors into applicants while aligning decisions with our mission of affordable, high-impact education for students and communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, marketing, enrollment, or business development
• Experience building a funnel from near zero and showing measurable results
• Ability to plan experiments and use data to decide
• Strong writing and speaking skills
• Leadership through service and collaboration
• Passion for education and equity

Responsibilities

• Set and own growth strategy across enrollment, recruitment, donor development, and partnerships
• Define metrics, build dashboards, and report progress monthly
• Run rapid experiments across content, search, social, email, events, referrals, and paid channels
• Optimize the website and application flow to convert visitors into applicants
• Build and guide a small team and a network of freelancers, interns, and volunteers
• Develop partnerships with employers, community colleges, bootcamps, associations, and alumni
• Translate mission-driven messaging into effective campaigns with leadership input
