Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree or higher in Communication Studies, Journalism, Broadcasting, or a closely related field.
• Teaching Experience: Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level.
• Mentorship: A strong commitment to student advising, mentorship, and supporting undergraduate academic development.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in assigned undergraduate Communication courses.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment.
• Maintain regular, scheduled office hours to support student success.
• Provide constructive feedback and timely grading on student coursework.
