Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the teaching area or a completed Master’s with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit commitment to the college mission, vision, values and learning outcomes.
• Facilitate and deliver curriculum using effective learning strategies.
• Support online, hybrid, and classroom activities to promote student success.
• Participate in assessment of learning outcomes at the course level.
• Select and use appropriate learning materials and resources to enhance learning.
• Maintain current licensure, certification, or other professional credentials required for the position.
• Provide accessibility to students and colleagues as expected in a learning-centered college.
• Accept teaching assignments at Monroe campus, Polkton campus, or online.
