Job summary

Concert Health is seeking a California-licensed psychiatrist to join Concert Care Psychiatry for adult ADHD within an integrated care model. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnose accurately, and collaborate with BHCMs and PCPs to support short-term treatment plans.

This full-time, fully remote role offers a base salary in the $270k–$340k range, independence from prescribing volume, and a collaborative, patient-centered care environment that values clinical judgment over throughput.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in California.
• Active DEA registration in California.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Psychiatry (ABPN or AOBNP).
• 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience with adult ADHD.
• Familiarity with measurement-based care tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7).
• Experience in integrated or team-based primary care settings is a plus.
• Commitment to diagnostic accuracy and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive adult ADHD evaluations with structured interviews and rating scales.
• Prescribe and manage stimulant and non-stimulant medications with clinical latitude for comorbidities.
• Partner with BHCM and PCP for ongoing care rather than one-time handoffs.
• Deliver short-term, measurement-based consultative care stabilizing patients.
• Serve as a clinical resource for PCPs managing adult ADHD questions.
