CarePoint Response, Inc. is seeking an Addiction Counselor Supervisor to provide clinical supervision, consultation, and quality assurance oversight for the Substance Use Disorder Residential Unit.

You will supervise addiction counselors and ADTs, guide on complex cases, review treatment plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role is remote and part-time, offering an hourly pay of $55.00–$70.00, with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 403(b), generous PTO, tuition

Competenze

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, public health, education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria and co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based SUD interventions (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT).

Mansioni

• Provide clinical supervision to addiction counselors and ADTs.
• Offer case consultation on complex presentations and continuity of care.
• Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation for quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in staff competency training.
