The Public Health Institute (PHI) seeks a Program Manager I for the Pacific ADA Center to lead ADA training and technical assistance planning, content quality, and collaboration with partners. This remote role is largely California-based with occasional travel across other states.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will supervise TA specialists, shape project scope, and ensure accurate ADA-related content across materials and outreach.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of project management experience working with local government, non-profit organizations or community groups.
• 5 years of experience working in disability or related fields.
• 3 years of experience designing and conducting training programs, planning and facilitating meetings, and communicating effectively with community members and professional audiences.
• 3 years of management level experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or substitute with four additional years of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Provides leadership in planning, administration, and coordination of the Center's ADA training and technical assistance activities.
• Supervises and mentors TA staff and supports their professional development.
• Manages day-to-day quality assurance of ADA Center projects and participates in strategic planning.
• Delivers ADA training remotely and in-person and ensures program compliance with ADA standards.
