Job summary

The Public Health Institute in California seeks a Program Manager I for the Pacific ADA Center to lead ADA training and technical assistance, oversee content quality, and supervise specialists. Reporting to the Program Director, you will manage projects, build partnerships with government and non-profits, and ensure accurate ADA content for reporting and outreach.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience with local government, non-profit organizations or community groups.
• 5 years of experience working in disability or related fields.
• 3 years of experience designing and conducting training programs, planning and facilitating meetings, and communicating effectively with community members and professional audiences.
• 3 years of management level experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or substitute with four additional years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADA training and TA program with the Program Director and oversee staff.
• Supervise and mentor technical assistance staff and support professional development.
• Ensure quality assurance of ADA Center projects and deliverables.
• Develop and implement workflow and process improvements for training and TA.
• Assist with annual reporting and data tracking and ensure ADA content is accurate for outreach.
