Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a detail-oriented Ad Operations professional to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta, with emphasis on accuracy and performance.

You will handle end-to-end campaign implementation, QA checks, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and close collaboration with Paid Search, Paid Social, Analytics, and Strategy teams, all in a remote setting.

A strong data mindset and proficiency in Asana and Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Ad Operations.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivots and data validation.
• Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in Asana.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels, using Slack and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementation of paid media campaigns with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform QA reviews before and after launches to ensure configurations, tracking, budgets, and naming conventions are correct.
• Monitor campaign delivery, pacing and performance; implement approved optimizations.
• Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and platform issues with internal SMEs to minimize client impact.
• Maintain campaign documentation and status updates in Asana for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Paid Social, Analytics, Client Services and Strategy teams to align with client objectives.
• Support campaign reporting by validating data and identifying operational insights.
• Document SOPs and drive workflow efficiencies; stay updated on platform changes and policies.
