Job summary

Quility is seeking a Digital Ad Operations Specialist to manage our digital lead-generation campaigns and improve ROI across Google/YouTube, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Email channels. You will configure campaigns, adjust location targeting, monitor spend, and optimize assets to fulfill lead orders for our nationwide agents.

You will collaborate with account managers, support data hygiene and lead audits, and prepare weekly performance reports for the Leads Department, applying intermediate Excel

Qualifications

• Digital Ad Platform Management – 4+ years (required).
• Ad Budget Management – 3+ years (required).
• Lead Generation Campaign Management – 2+ years (required).
• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate skillset) – 2+ years (required).
• Degrees are welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create/modify ad campaigns on Google/YouTube, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Email.
• Work with account managers to identify opportunities and campaign enhancements.
• Update campaigns, location targeting, and budgets to fulfill lead orders and maximize ROI.
• Assist in campaign optimization by removing/replacing underperforming assets.
• Data/List management for custom audiences (Intermediate Excel).
• Lead Auditing to ensure health and efficiency of systems.
• Weekly reporting of ad spend and KPI to Leads leadership.
