Job summary

WEB-TPA, Inc. seeks a Managing Actuary to lead Medicare pricing and risk revenue analytics. You will mentor a team, oversee pricing analytics for ACA/Medicare/Group, and participate in cross-functional workgroups to drive financial performance.

Open to remote or in-person candidates. Requires 4+ years of experience, a Math/Statistics related degree, ASA (FSA preferred), and health insurance expertise. Strong Excel, SAS and SQL skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related, progressive professional work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics or related.
• Current and active ASA certification.
• Background in health insurance field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, SAS and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and analytics for Medicare pricing and risk revenue.
• Supervise team performance, reviews, and development.
• Participate in cross-functional workgroups with actuarial and non-actuarial teams.
• Support pricing, trend analytics, gross margin reporting, and financial reporting.
• Actuarial representation on cross-functional projects.
