Job summary

CareSource is offering a 12-week paid Summer Internship Program for a Compliance Analyst track. You will support actuarial tasks such as reserving and forecasting, work on a summer-long project, and receive formal trainings in Excel, SQL, VBA and PowerPoint.

The program emphasizes AI-driven process improvements and provides mentorship and leadership networking. Qualified students are rising juniors or seniors or recent graduates, with a high school diploma as a baseline, and a strong proficiency

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support typical internship actuarial tasks including reserving, forecasting, benefit pricing, and rate analysis.
• Undertake a summer-long actuarial project culminating in a presentation to senior leadership.
• Participate in targeted trainings for Excel, SQL, VBA, PowerPoint and other technical skills.
• Contribute to AI initiatives and process/workflow improvements during the internship.
