Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking an Actuarial Analyst II to support actuarial analytics across ACA, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid. You will analyze risk scores, financial impacts, and performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights for risk adjustment strategy, reporting, and pricing/forecasting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a math/actuarial field and 2+ years actuarial or statistics experience; ASA candidate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related field.
• 2+ years actuarial or statistics experience or ASA
• ASA candidate a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform actuarial analytics on risk-adjusted lines of business including ACA, MA, and Medicaid.
• Project or support CMS-HCC and HHS-HCC risk score projections and RADV impacts.
• Support data analytics, reporting, and vendor performance for risk adjustment operations.
• Contribute to pricing, forecasting, and MA Bid submissions.
