Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant actuarial experience.
• Completed at least 3 exams toward ASA designation.
• Additional experience or ASA exams may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform actuarial research, experience studies and statistical analyses.
• Calculate premiums and reserves for new and existing plans.
• Support senior analysts and actuaries as needed.
• Validate data for rate filings and actuarial models; analyze changes to factors.
• Communicate filing status and transmit rate filings to regulators.
• Prepare monthly reports and support ALR/UCL calculations.
• Assist valuation efforts and research assumptions for ALR and UCL.
• Distribute reports and respond to inquiries; investigate trends.
• Support enterprise risk management control activities.
• Contribute to corporate projects with analytical support.
• Participate in the Actuarial Development Program.
