Job summary

The role involves supporting premium rate development, evaluating benefit changes, and conducting pricing studies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required. Experience with SAS, SQL, or R is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of actuarial and/or statistics experience.
• Working towards an ASA highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing premium rates for Individual and Small Group business.
• Support the preparation and submission of premium rate filings.
• Evaluate proposed benefit and cost-sharing changes.
• Conduct pricing analyses for Individual and Small Group segments.
• Perform Mental Health Parity compliance assessments.
