The role emphasizes building tools, SQL queries, and collaboration with consultants and underwriting teams. Remote work within the U.S. is allowed, with in-office requirements in select locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or similar.
• Successful completion of at least one SOA actuarial exam.
• 3+ months of internship or corporate work experience.
• Interest or experience in coding.
• Intermediate or higher level with MS Excel (large data tables, formulas, calculations).
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports.
• Build and maintain tools to support competitive discount analytics.
• Analyze and evaluate intelligence to support consultants, actuaries, and underwriters.
• Perform actuarial modeling and statistical analyses for management.
• Analyze forecasts and trends to aid decision making.
• Develop SQL queries with SSMS for analysis.
