Qualifications

• Proven experience producing and editing short-form video content.
• History of growing sports/team social accounts across platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere/AE/CapCut).
• Strong understanding of social trends and platform algorithms.
• Ability to shoot mobile content in live events.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the team’s social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Source standout tricks and moments from competitions and athlete channels.
• Build athlete-led storytelling to turn athletes into personalities fans follow.
• Create timely edits and content series aligned with trends and calendars.
• Apply social-native editing techniques to maximize virality and engagement.
• Collaborate with athletes, staff, partners, and content teams to plan calendars.
• Integrate sponsor deliverables into content in a native-feel way.
• Capture and publish live during competition days and events.
