You will own day-to-day publishing, editing, and distribution of short-form videos, while staying ahead of trends and delivering compelling athlete-led storytelling across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing and editing short-form video content.
• History of growing sports/team/athlete social accounts across platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software is a must (Premiere/After Effects/CapCut).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Manage team's social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Source standout tricks, moments, and trends from events and channels.
• Build athlete-led storytelling and personalities for fans.
• Create timely edits and series aligned with trends and calendar.
• Collaborate with athletes, staff, and partners on calendars.
