This position focuses on connection, qualification, and scheduling — not closing sales — with flexible work-from-home options and a competitive hourly compensation range.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and phone presence required for high-volume outreach.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive follow-up.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and note cadence.
• Able to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred; training provided if needed.
• Prior call center, appointment setting, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective and existing clients.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and leads.
• Deliver clear, confident overview of services using approved scripts.
• Build rapport and create a positive first impression of the agency.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments on advisor calendars.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates with reminders.
• Log all activity in the CRM and maintain lead records.
• Track outcomes and follow-ups; alert leadership to hot leads.
