Job summary

The Vasco Group is seeking an Integration Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of acquisition integrations. This role will work closely with the VP of Integrations & Strategic Initiatives and span multiple workstreams across the organization.

You will help ensure ongoing integrations progress during transitions, develop knowledge of active integrations, and coordinate with various departments to move initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, project management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed to acquired-company locations and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of active integrations, including status, priorities, owners, and next steps.
• Take ownership of integration activities and workstreams transitioned by the VP.
• Maintain momentum on active integrations when leadership attention shifts.
• Coordinate with functional leaders and acquired-company personnel to drive completion.
• Independently manage routine integration matters within approved plans.
• Identify stalled or at-risk activities and follow up with stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and decisions that require leadership involvement.
• Provide concise progress updates and highlight priorities and decisions needed.
• Ensure commitments and decisions are followed through to completion.
• Support development and maintenance of integration plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and others.
• Assist with transition planning, Day 1 readiness, system implementations, and post-close activities.
