Job summary

This role reports to the VP of Integrations & Strategic Initiatives and offers a remote-friendly environment with travel up to 50%.

You will work cross-functionally with accounting, HR, IT, operations, legal, and more, develop action items, maintain documentation, and help ensure transitions are executed smoothly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination, operations, or related experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities across cross-functional teams to support acquisitions.
• Translate leadership decisions into defined actions with owners and deadlines.
• Monitor, track, and report progress on integration workstreams and milestones.
• Maintain organized documentation and transition plans for multiple acquisitions.
• Identify risks and escalate issues requiring leadership involvement.
