Job summary

ADP is seeking an Acquisition Analyst (REMOTE) to provide acquisition support to departmental leadership and serve as a liaison to the division. This full-time, exempt position is remote, with responsibilities spanning QA of PR packages, budget development support, and preparation of PR packages, SOW, PWS, and SOO.

Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS or higher in Business, Finance, or related disciplines and at least 5 years of acquisition support experience; DAU familiarity is noted as

Qualifications

• QA of Procurement Request (PR) packages across all stages; resolve issues to ensure progress.
• Assist in the budget development process to capture funded/unfunded needs and streamline contracts.
• Prepare PR packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and SOO.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance of PR packages in all stages of the PR process; identify and assist in resolving issues with responsible parties to ensure progress is being made
• Assist in the budget development process to capture all funded and unfunded requirements and identify opportunities for streamlining contract actions.
• Assist in the preparation of PR packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Statements of Objectives (SOO).
