Job summary

Prime Healthcare St Francis Hospital is seeking a Continuing Medical Education Manager to lead the ACCME program, ensure educational quality, and maintain regulatory compliance across the CME portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years of senior management experience in healthcare education, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel may be required to support education initiatives and site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred in management/administration, adult education, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years senior management experience in educational, health care and/or regulatory field.
• Strong commitment to balancing service with regulatory functions.
• Dedicated to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes.
• Self-directed, self-motivated team player experienced at managing and motivating staff.
• Must value a highly demanding environment that combines strategical and tactical responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, teaching, public speaking, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; rigorous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Experience with an accreditation or credentialing organization.
• Experience managing an accredited CME program to the desirable qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and operation of the ACCME program.
• Develop and maintain the educational quality of the CME program.
• Ensure compliance with the ACCME standards and regulatory requirements.
• Function as a liaison between physicians, providers, participating sites, hospital administration, and other departments.
• Occasional travel may be required.
