Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in medical collections or AR follow-up preferred.
• Experience with claims review and analysis.
• Knowledge of payer websites and claims status investigation.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with commercial, governmental, and other payers to resolve claim payment issues.
• Identify denials and draft/submit technical and clinical appeals.
• Document activity in the client’s host system or tracking tool.
