Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to record tenant receivable activity and ensure timely, accurate processing of tenant billings and payments. This role requires a customer-centric approach and collaboration with stakeholders to coordinate cash management in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in accounting or business.
1–2 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience with Excel, Word and accounting software (YARDI preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in high-volume accounts receivable departments.

Responsibilities

Record tenant receivable activity in the accounting system.
Input data, generate reports, and respond to inquiries.
Process tenant billings and payments accurately and timely.
Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate cash management.
