Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to record tenant receivable activity within the company’s accounting system and to input data using office automation. You will generate reports, conduct research, respond to inquiries, and coordinate cash management while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

The role requires 1–2 years of AR experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and detail-oriented organizational abilities.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in accounting or business.
1–2 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience.
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
Experience with Excel, Word and other accounting software (YARDI preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with high volume accounts receivable departments.

Responsibilities

Recording tenant receivable activity to the appropriate accounting system of record.
Using office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.
Take a positive, customer-centric approach with everyone you work with.
Coordinate cash management activities.
