Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of accounts payable experience with SAP/Oracle/JDE.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment processing issues with team collaboration.
• Review 3rd party audit claims to recover overpayments.
• Ensure policy-compliant processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Evaluate and report action items to resolve blocked invoices.
• Communicate action items to prevent failed or rejected payments.
• Prepare financial records and reports, ensuring accuracy.
