Job summary

Total Vision LLC seeks an Accounts Payable specialist to support central processing for 40+ optometry locations in California. You will manage invoices, verify details, and ensure timely payments to maintain vendor relationships and discounts.

The role requires proficiency with Bill.com and general ledger/AP systems, solid Excel skills, and the ability to adapt to growing volumes. A bachelor's degree and 1–2 years' AP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounts payable experience in multi-site organizations.
• Experience with Bill.com and GL/AP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record invoices and control expenses using Bill.com.
• Reconcile processed invoices with system reports and statements.
• Pay vendors, verify IDs, and schedule payments.
• Maintain ledgers and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Protect confidentiality and support ad hoc tasks as needed.
