Responsibilities

• Prepares, audits, and posts complex accounts payable vouchers in CAPPS Financials.
• Ensures documentation and authorization for every voucher and maintains records.
• Coordinates daily payment voucher posting schedules to meet deadlines.
• Assists staff and management with accounts payable and refunds; researches issues as needed.
