Responsibilities

• Analyze student activity in discussions and assessments and respond per instructor guidance.
• Assist in managing student communications.
• Escalate unique issues to the lead instructor.
• Assist with grading and providing feedback.
• Monitor engagement and suggest strategies to increase participation.
• Provide tutoring, live sessions, or other student support as directed.
• Assist with outreach and development of supplemental materials.
