Job summary

Pathward is seeking a senior leader to head the enrollment team responsible for onboarding tax offices onto our proprietary client platform. You will build and coach a high-performing group and manage peak-season and year-round workloads.

You will own enrollment quality, sample work for accuracy, and partner with Compliance, Risk, and Sales to resolve complex cases and strengthen enrollment controls. A bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in enrollment or financial services operations is required,

• Proven leadership of operational teams with talent development and performance accountability.
• Experience owning quality assurance and risk-based decisions in regulated environments.
