Job summary

512Financial is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support clients with accurate financials, budget analysis, and journal entries under a Senior Consultant. You’ll gain exposure to multiple industries while growing your accounting expertise.

You’ll process AP, reconcile bank accounts, forecast cash needs, run monthly journals, support audits, and provide ad hoc analyses. Strong Excel and ERP experience (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Excel familiarity.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience with ERPs (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity.
• Forecast short-term cash needs.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Support third-party audits and reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
• Partner with team members and clients to meet deadlines.
