512Financial is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support clients nationwide with accurate financials, budgeting analysis, and timely decision-support. You’ll work under a Senior Consultant, gaining exposure to diverse accounting functions and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven ability to reconcile accounts and perform journal entries.
• Experience with multiple ERPs (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity.
• Forecast short-term cash needs.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Support third-party audits and reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet deadlines.
