Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the NA accounting operations team, supporting monthly close, journal entries, and reconciliations. You will help design global allocation processes and assist in financial reporting, with opportunities to work with the global finance team.

The role requires 3–4 years at a public accounting firm or 7+ years in an accounting role, preferably with real estate experience, and strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years accounting experience or 3–4 years at a public accounting firm.
• Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, journal entries and other transactions for proper classification.
• Support tenant billing and ensure recoverable costs are billed per lease agreements.
• Maintain accounting records for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and audit readiness.
• Assist in year-end audit documentation and SOX-related processes.
• Collaborate with Construction and Financial Analysis teams to ensure correct cost coding.
