Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cash management, receivables, reconciliations, and month-end processes in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to process and reconcile cash-related transactions, deposits, adjustments, and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with month-end close and audit preparation while ensuring compliance with internal controls and healthcare finance standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation to ensure integrity of financial information.
• Perform routine account reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies in the general ledger.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and financial documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audit preparation by gathering required documentation and supporting reporting requests.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures in healthcare finance.
• Partner with internal departments and external vendors to resolve questions and support efficient financial operations.
