Work remotely from RI/other states while collaborating with client teams; you’ll process AP, reconcile bank statements, forecast cash needs, enter journal entries, and assist audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience performing account reconciliations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• ERP experience a plus (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure data integrity.
• Forecast short-term cash needs.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Support third-party audits and reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet deadlines.
