Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in ERPs such as QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity.
• Forecast short-term cash needs.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Support third-party audits and reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
• Partner with team members and clients to meet and exceed deadlines.
