Job summary

VLCM in Murray, Utah is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and reporting using our ERP system and Microsoft 365 tools. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and proficient in Excel and data entry, with a high school diploma or equivalent (college accounting coursework preferred).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in accounting preferred.
Experience in accounts payable/receivable or invoicing is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel; comfortable with data entry.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process customer invoices and other billing-related transactions accurately and on time.
Receive, review, enter, and manage vendor invoices and supporting documentation.
Enter and maintain accounting data in the ERP/accounting system.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities and reconciliation.
Create and maintain reports and accounting documentation using Excel and Microsoft 365.
Provide regular updates to the Accounting team and internal stakeholders.
