Candidates must live within 50 miles of Columbus, OH, with flexibility to travel to the Columbus office as needed. A minimum of 1 year in accounting or related work, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, or office support experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite - specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day accounting transactions with accuracy
• Enter, code, and file invoices, receipts, and expense records
• Reconcile statements and help resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized, audit-ready accounting files
• Support the accounting team with data entry and reporting
• Perform general administrative tasks that keep the department moving
