Job summary

Quest is seeking an Accounting Analyst to maintain accurate financial records and support GAAP compliance. The role spans the full accounting cycle, coordinating with accounting, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure timely close and reporting.

You will analyze variances, manage AP/AR, and develop reliable financial reports while supporting audits and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Minimum three years in accounting/financial operations; five+ years in cross‑functional roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting systems, reporting tools, and structured data environments; NetSuite/SQL Server preferred.
• Strong prioritization, collaboration, critical thinking, and reliability in close‑cycle work.

Responsibilities

• Execute month/MQ/year-end close with GL integrity and reconciliations.
• Analyze actual vs. budget, variances, KPIs for decision support.
• Manage AP/AR cycles ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop financial/operational reports for stakeholders.
• Support internal/external audits with schedules and documentation.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and data issues.
• Prioritize workload and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
