Job summary

First American in Scottsdale is seeking a customer service help desk analyst to resolve inquiries related to accounts payable/receivable and expense reports. The role combines remote work with on-site availability when required, and you will interact with internal partners and external vendors to provide timely solutions.

You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–4 years of analytical experience, and proficiency in Oracle, SAP Concur, or Service First.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years analytical or related business experience.
• Strong problem solving - identifying problems and evaluating options.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur and/or Service First.
• General knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers as the first contact to resolve service calls/queries.
• Create and analyze reports and advise management based on findings.
• Support offshore staff by answering questions and updating documentation.
• Assist with training on business process changes as needed.
• Participate in teams for process improvement and cost reduction.
