Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and applying accounting principles to complex transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, financial systems, and reporting tools.
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports with accuracy.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle or PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve discrepancies across multiple accounting functions.
• Perform complex reconciliations and analysis, support month-end and year-end activities.
• Assist with implementation-related cleanup and process improvements.
• Provide backup support to ensure continuity during the transition period.
• Handle general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, and transaction analysis.
